I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges the “owners” from any liability or claim that I may have against the “owners” with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from my participation. I understand that the Ruff Mudder volunteers are key to the success of the event and extend the above two provisions to them. I understand that I must carry adequate insurance for myself and my property as a prerequisite for my involvement in Ruff Mudder 2026™️. I understand that I am prohibited from attending unless I have adequate insurance. I hereby grant the “owners” all rights, titles and interest in all photographic images, videos and audio recordings made during Ruff Mudder 2026™️, including but not limited to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from these.
