I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Ruff Mudder, Dr. Tai DeLuna, Cayra DeLuna, TGK Solar Equine, Balance Wellness and Abernant Veterinary Services (hereafter referred to as the “owners”) and their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action of whatever kind in either equity or law which may arise from my volunteer participation in the Ruff Mudder 2024 I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges the “owners” from any liability or claim that I may have against the “owners” with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from my participation. I hereby grant the “owners” all rights, titles and interest in all photographic images, videos and audio recordings made during Ruff Mudder 2024, including but not limited to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from these. I understand that these images may be used in future promotions of Ruff Mudder. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this release shall be held to be invalid by a court this will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses and provisions. I understand and agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and that it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of this province and country.
